Mick Ebeling’s dream has always been to use storytelling and technology to help as many people as possible. (Visit his website: Not Impossible Labs)
In the following TED talk (below) he discusses his journey to Sudan to create a 3D-printed prosthetic arm for a young boy:

His message? Hold fear in one hand, passion in the other, and leap confidently in the direction of your dreams.
But how do you start? Well, Mick has a simple philosophy: Help one, help many…so find the “one”, and go from there…
And he summarizes his talk by simply asking: “Who’s your one?”
Worth a watch:
(NOTE: I’d like to also mention that to me, his approach of starting small and building from there is reminiscent of one my own (though on a much smaller scale of course), of which I wrote in Reduce The Overwhelming To Micro-Steps & Get Started).
