On Sunday morning, Oct 13 2024, SpaceX‘s tower—aka “chopsticks”, or “Mechazilla”—caught their Starship rocket, shortly after their fifth test flight:
UPDATE 10/19/2025: The below pic recently surfaced online, showing the tower’s arms with people on them for scale. I gotta admit, even I was astonished at the size…making the successful achievement even more amazing!
