The belief that all interactions between individuals should be consensual among all involved, and not forced or coerced (or conversely, constrained or prohibited).

This differs from the more common term voluntarism or voluntaryism, in that someone may voluntarily submit to the demands of a coercive “authority” in order to avoid the consequences (as in, say, paying taxes), but they certainly aren’t consenting to it.
