Pavel Durov, billionaire Founder of the encrypted messaging app Telegram, was arrested at the Bourget airport outside Paris today.
Durov was traveling in his private jet, and was targeted by an arrest warrant in France as part of a police investigation which focused on a lack of moderators on Telegram, that police claim enabled criminal activity on the app.

Also, former constitutional & civil rights attorney turned journalist Glenn Greenwald detailed the arrest on his program, and warns of the dangers of governments setting the precedent that company owners and executives can be charged with crimes, accused of being complicit in crimes, that are committed by people simply using their products.
