Around a decade ago, Spike Cohen was diagnosed with MS. He then went on a multiple-year journey to get himself healthy, and succeeded. He’s now put out a video explaining how he did it, including diet, exercise, proper rest, philosophy, etc.
However, the MS-specific meds notwithstanding, I didn’t see anything in Mr. Cohen’s video that wouldn’t be helpful to everyone, chronic disease or not.
