VIDEO: True The Vote Wins Major Legal Battle in Georgia

Let me begin by saying what I said in my recent article VIDEO: Jan 6th – A True Timeline:

“Let me begin by saying that I’m not a Trump supporter. And, of course, neither am I a Biden supporter. Anyone who knows me at all knows that I’m not a statist of any stripe or color. What I’m a supporter of is Truth. And anyone who knows me at all knows this about me, too.”

“Again: I advocate investigation not because I wanted Trump to win or believe that he actually did, but because I want the truth to be revealed, and justice to prevail.”

And that goes for the work of True The Vote and the following announcement as well.

For those not familiar, True The Vote is a vote monitoring organization founded by Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips, whose stated mission is (from the site):

“True the Vote has been a leader in the effort to ensure free and fair elections in America. Our work focuses on empowering citizens to safeguard the electoral process and to protect their vote from fraud so their voice is not diminished as we determine the direction of our government and hold our politicians accountable.”

Also, for those who saw the film 2,000 Mules by Dinesh D’Souza, which presented video evidence and geo-tracking data showing thousands of people were engaged in illegal ballot trafficking during the 2020 election, True The Vote was involved, helping supply research and data for the film.

So unsurprisingly, TTV was sued by the Georgia State Election Board in July 2023, asking the court to order the organization to produce evidence substantiating their claims of ballot harvesting in the state.

But on January 2, 2024, a federal court ruled in TTV’s favor, affirming that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution.

From the True The Vote site:

“True the Vote (TTV) declares a decisive triumph in their legal battle against Stacy Abrams’ Fair Fight, legal teams led by Marc Elias, and the Biden Department of Justice. A federal court in the Northern District of Georgia today affirmed that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution.”

“In a resounding vindication, TTV successfully defended its actions of December 2020, aiding Georgia citizens in filing elector challenges based on data showing over 364,000 voters appeared to be ineligible to vote due to change in residency.”

Founder Catherine Engelbrecht posted this short video on 𝕏, explaining the verdict and celebrating their victory:

So congrats, True The Vote! Keep up the good work!
